A Phenomenal Character in New Zealand’s Political Life: Jacinda Ardern

Ardern’s policy suggestions and reforms generally focus on three main themes and problems. Among them, there are child poverty, climate change and vulnerable people of New Zealand. In addition to these critical topics which are expected to be resolved by Ardern, there are other controversial subjects which receive harsh criticism from the opposition.

Racism as a reality and a reaction within the society is claimed to be increasing in New Zealand. New Zealand’s unrevealed tourism potential and insufficient tourism investments put Ardern in a difficult position. Delayed investments in the high tech industry, as well as some blank points in the education system, are highly criticized by members of society.
